Ans.   C&S Law Offices is one of India’s most reputed legal organizations, headed by Mr. Praveen Chauhan, who comes with an expertise in the legal field of more than 2 decades. He has worked under the mentorship and guidance of Late Justice Valmiki Mehta for about 11 years before starting his own legal firm.

Does a client have to physically come to your office to engage your services?

Ans.    It is preferable for a client to come to our office so that he/she can become acquainted withthe professionals who will be working diligently on their case. However, when it is not possible for a client to come to our office, we can schedule a virtual meeting with the client to save their time and money.

Does your firm provide online consultations?

Ans.   Yes, we do provide online consultations. A meeting link will be generated and sent to the           client after the client submits the form which is available on our website for online consultations.In case you are unable to schedule an online consultation with us through our website, please feel free to call on the number available regarding the same. 

Do you charge for preliminary consultations?

Ans.   No, we do not charge anything for the first/preliminary consultation as we want to ensure that our clients are well informed of their legal rights. In the preliminary consultation, weanalyse the legal dispute and provide effective legal remedies. After the first/preliminary consultations, all other consultations shall be billed.

What documents should a client bring for the meeting?

Ans.   For the preliminary meeting, we advise our clients to carry the documents pertaining to the following aspects:

  1. Facts leading up to the case.
  2. Any contract or other documents signed between the parties.
  3. Proofs thereof etc.

Any other document required by us from the client will be informed about after the first meeting itself.

Who will be looking after my case?

Ans.   Once we are aware of the nature of the legal dispute, we shall appoint our associate having expertise in that field to look after that case. The concerned associate will be directly in contact with the client during the pendency of your case to address all your legal needs and queries.

How do you raise an invoice for your legal services?

Ans.   Once you have engaged us as your legal counsel, the quotation shall be shared by our team to your email address for approval purposes. Accordingly, an invoice shall beraised after any legal service is given by us pertaining to your legal dispute.

How will a client get updates on his/her case status?

Ans.   We understand that a client needs to stay informed about his/her case proceedings. We will keep the client informed about any important updates in their case so that they are well up to date. Moreover, we keep a detailed track of all our legal proceedings through our online system. 

Will a client be required to remain physically present in the court at the time of hearing?

Ans.   A client will not necessarily be required to remain present in the court on each date.However, if your presence is required, you will be informed ahead of time and we will make sure to counsel you and prepare you for court whenever required.
